Well, I have been following the diet, but according to the scale, I haven’t lost anything. I know it’s only been 6 days, but I was hoping for a couple of pounds the first week anyway. I have been researching Crossfit on the web so I can incorporate exercise into this lifestyle. I know my friend Ryan says I don’t need to do something like Crossfit, but I honestly think I do. I need the support and the team environment right now–Ineed to be around like-minded people. Not everyone is on board with my Paleolifestyle. The only bad thing is that it is $99/month. I guess it’s okay since I won’t be going back to my weightloss clinic that was $100/visit (2x a month), and I won’t be using my personal trainer that $100/month, so it all evens out.
Crossfit looks intense, but if I want to get to where I want to be physically, it looks like the best bet for me. If anyone has any stories or guidance they can give about Crossfit, I would appreciate it.
